Forget what you've learned in the past about resumes! Most employers today look
for accomplishments in addition to duties. A strong resume will contain a
brief, yet powerful profile rather than a vague objective statement. Don't be afraid of
"tooting your own horn," because you can bet that is what your competition is
doing.

wasn't working, and focus on two crucial elements of a winning resume -
the profile statement and summary of qualifications.

You absolutely MUST outsell your competition, otherwise you may miss out on important
interviews.
